It may also feature in our email promotions that are sent to a database of over 125,000 people. We strongly believe that video is vital when selling your home and allows us to determine serious buyers.

Photography
We will arrange for a professionally trained photographer to be booked to take photos of your home at the best time of day to suit you. They will capture shots of your home to showcase it in the best possible way. We can also shoot a specialised elevated shot showing off more of your property’s surroundings.

Floorplans
A floorplan of your home will be produced by a qualified professional with full room measurements, which allows any potential buyers to create a better understanding of the space.

Energy Performance Certificate
If a new EPC is required, we will also provide one within your essentials package.
